Updates

Here are some 3D photos of our new little one. They told us that "It's a boy!" Now comes the hard part: coming up with a name. :) He wouldn't come out of his little hiding place and show us his face! But we got a side view.He was also trying to hide behind his hands. This picture looks like he's praying.I know you've all wanted to see it! (ha, ha, the 3 people that actually read my blog!) Here's what my belly looks like at halfway through! This next shot is a look at the land we bought. It's 1/3 of an acre, and next year we will do a boundry adjustment into the neighbors' land (Jesse's parents) to make it a full acre. After that hopefully the county will let us build. We'll see. This is looking East, from Jesse's parents property--our driveway would be on the left, kinda starting where the 4-wheeler is. Our house will probably actually be where I'm standing taking the picture.

Mr. Talented

We went out to eat last night on Main Street in Durango. We were kinda wondering where to park with a trailer--then my husband managed to parallel park our big long vehicle + trailer into 2 open spaces. I was quite impressed when he got it on the 1st try.PS We are now landowners. More on that to come.

My Little Boy

It's official, Jonah is not a baby anymore. We got rid of the 'toddler bed' today and he's now in a twin. We have yet to see how he sleeps in it. Probably just fine, he's a really easy-going kid. I'm going to cut his hair soon, so that will make him look even more grown up.

On Jonah, Jesse, Alaina, and the Baby...

When Alaina gets home from school, we go play outside. After a few minutes she goes back in and comes back out awhile later with a snack. This is them enjoying the snack. She's such a sweetie. On Being Pregnant:
Besides being a LITTLE (Ha Ha!) on the emotional side, Things are going well. I'm starting to get my energy back, and no longer need a nap everyday. (some days, I still need one) I'm not as hungry, cause I'm not as sick feeling. I always felt like it would make me feel better to eat. Hopefully my weight gain will even out now. :) I'm so glad to be feeling better, but I still have to be very careful brushing my teeth in the morning. We will find out what we are having on May 21st. It's still kinda hard to believe we are on #3! Kinda funny that I'm walking around with a tiny little person inside me! :)

On Alaina:
Tomorrow is Alaina's last day of kindergarten. WOW! This is crazy. I'll be glad to have her home during the day, but I just am amazed that she's already done! I was looking at 'Kindergarten Graduation' cards at Wal-Mart the other day and started crying. Kinda like I cried when she grew out of Size 1 diapers! (that wasn't very long ago, was it? :)

On Jonah:
I put him on the big swing all by himself. Before you freak out, he was not up on the platform, just down where the swing just sits there. He held on and I let go of him. I pushed him VERY slightly and he looked up at me smiling, and said, "I DID IT!" It was sooooo cute!

On Jesse:
What can I say? HE'S PERFECT! I love him.
