Okay, the start of another blog always marks an exciting time in a young mothers life. Am I a young mother? I suppose so. 27, wow. That's more than 1/4 of a century old. I'd say I'm in a great place for 27. I've been married almost 9 years, have 2 awesome kids I love more than anything else in the World, and my husband is the most kind, patient, wonderful man on the planet. (No arguments, I am right, he really is!) As I'm typing my son is whining and coughing, (he's a little flemmy, if that's even a word, but he'll be over it very soon) and my daughter is playing quietly in her room. That's unusual for her, not the playing in her room part, the quiet part! My son has now been distracted by the pretty blue light on the front of my computer giving me more time to type.
A little intoduction to my life:
I was raised on a farm in Texas, almost 600 acres.
My childhood consisted of many adventures, climbing trees, riding four-wheelers, playing in the barn, playing in the hay, and watching out for snakes, oh and lets not forget Barbies, lots and lots of Barbies. We had a pool, a huge yard, pecan trees, basically a Dream childhood.

We moved to beautiful Colorado when I was 13, all my sisters were old enough to stay behind. It was not an easy time for me, but I got through it.

I met Jesse through my mom (she's friends with his mom). We were friends all through high school, and started dating my senior year, He's 3 years older than me. I knew I was going to marry him before I started dating him. We got married June 2000. We headed to Fort Worth for 2 years of Bible School and came back up here. He started working for his dad, as a carpenter, and I went to work as a nanny. I got pregnant in 03 and Alaina was born in Dec 03. I've been a stay at home mom ever since, doing photography jobs on the side. Jonah was born in March 2008. That's pretty much caught you up on my life. There's more to come....
